1. Services Offered
   Costa Rica RoundTrip specializes in personalized transportation services, private tours, day passes, and custom travel planning throughout Costa Rica. Our offerings are tailored to meet your interests, group size, and budget, focusing on premium experiences and local hospitality.
2. Reservations and Payments
   • All reservations must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or online form).
   • A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the activity or third-party provider.
   • Full payment must be completed before the service date, unless otherwise agreed.
   • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or secure digital platforms.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for most activities.
   • Cancellations within 48 hours may result in partial or full charges, depending on the provider’s policies.
   • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
   • In the case of extreme weather, road closures, or force majeure, we will assist with rescheduling or provide a partial refund when applicable.
4. Changes and Modifications
   We understand plans may change. We’ll do our best to accommodate modifications, subject to availability and provider conditions. Price adjustments may apply.
5. Responsibility and Liability
   • Costa Rica RoundTrip acts as a coordinator between clients and third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, tour operators, hot springs resorts).
   • We select our partners carefully but are not liable for incidents, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
   • Clients must follow all safety instructions during tours and transportation.
   • We are not responsible for lost items or personal injuries not caused by our direct negligence.
6. Travel Insurance
   We strongly recommend all travelers have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal property.
7. Health and Safety
   Guests must inform us of any allergies, health conditions, or physical limitations that may affect their participation in tours or activities.
8. Use of Website
   • All content (texts, photos, videos) on this site is the property of Costa Rica RoundTrip unless stated otherwise.
   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
   • Important: The developer of this website is solely responsible for maintaining the site operational. The developer is not liable for errors in payments, misunderstandings, service disputes, cancellations, or any legal claims arising from the use of the site. All responsibilities rest with Costa Rica RoundTrip.
