- Please take into account that the purchase of the itinerary is subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions below.
- By purchasing any of the products or services included in your itinerary, you agree to be bound by all these terms.
- By purchasing any of the products or services you acknowledge that you have read the final version of the itineraries and agree to acceptance all that is included, the products, the services, the total price and anything else that is part of the itinerary.
- All of our prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD).
Please take into account the following considerations:
- Prices reflect our best approximation of the season, you’ll receive a 100% accurate price when you quote/book with us.
- If your arrival date is greater than 45 days please contact us as soon as possible to inform you regarding the payment details.
- If your arrival date is within 45 days or less from today, full payment is required at time of booking.
- We accept credit card in the form of Visa, Mastercard or American Express. An extra fee could be charged.
- Yo can pay by using multiple credit cards but an extra fee would be charged for any of the credit cards.
- We accept Bank Transfers/Deposit.
- We do not accept any types of checks.
- By paying with any of these methods (bank transfer or credit card) you are committed to purchase all the products or services within the itinerary. If a cancellation is needed then see the Cancellation Policy section below.
- If you already made the payment and want to modify it you should consider the following: If your arrival date is greater than 45 days please contact us to help you with your needs and consider that the price could change and an extra amount could be charge depending on the changes. If your arrival date is within 45 days or less from today then we can not guarantee that the change can be made but if so then the price could change and an extra amount could be charge depending on the changes. The only fees, penalties, and time restrictions will be those imposed by the applicable service providers and not under our control.
- If your arrival date is greater than 45 days you will receive a 100% refund of the money paid for the cancelled items expect for Peak Season which has no refund.
- If your arrival date is within 45 days or less from today or during your itinerary period, there are no refunds.
